Nana Mantey
Founder and Lead Consultant

Nana is the Director and Lead Consultant for Opsel Compliance Consultancy Services Ltd. She has over 15 years’ experience in banking, payments and regulatory consulting, specialising in AML and financial crime.

Nana is an ICA-certified compliance professional with a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and an MBA from the University of Westminster, London.

She is a former Business Compliance Officer of a UK based international bank and was responsible for the First line of Defense (FLOD) operational units, providing financial crime and regulatory compliance advice and guidance to the business.

Nana has deep understanding of both the operational issues and the key regulatory challenges faced across the payments and correspondent banking sector including areas of supervisory focus such as managing cross-border payments and international trade finance services.

Nana has extensive experience in working with regulated businesses in the UK, EU and in developing economies, especially Sub-Saharan Africa, offering independent Anti-Money laundering (AML) and other Financial Crime audits and training in all areas of AML and regulatory compliance.

With her background, extensive knowledge of UK & EU regulations and multi-jurisdictional capabilities gained from working with businesses operating in UK/EU and sub-Saharan African corridors, she is well-positioned to provide high quality advice and relevant support to businesses operating in these corridors on a range of regulatory compliance matters to help them to best managed their AML/financial crime risk exposures.

Grahame White
Financial Crime Advisor and Trainer

Grahame has been at the forefront of CTF Indicator Training and the concept of CTF Key Indicator delivery into Financial Institutions in the UK and Europe.

Grahame is fast becoming recognized as one of the finest trainers in the areas of Financial Intelligence, AML and Human Trafficking Advisory/Mentoring and Training Programmes, with a client base that encompasses Financial Institutions, Regulators and Financial Services Providers across US/UK and Europe.

Former Head of European Operations for ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists) based out of Miami Florida.

Former Detective at the National Terrorist Financial Investigations Unit (NTFIU) at New Scotland Yard with substantial Counter Terrorist Financing and AML/Financial crime Investigation experience. He has 30 years of Police Investigations experience.

Grahame spent 5 years at the Metropolitan and City of London Police Company Fraud Department dealing in large scale fraud investigations where the loss was in excess of 1 million pounds.

Grahame was also part of the New Scotland Yard anti-Corruption Command looking at major Corruption allegations against public figures and law enforcement employees, from the financial and criminal perspective.

Grahame is the founder and director of Analysis International, providers of outstanding analytical indicator programmes and training for the financial intelligence community.

Grahame holds a master’s degree in Fraud Management.
